TABLET
Formulation is crucial for making your tablets. Our formulation technology can give your product advantages you may not find elsewhere. Our R&D staff conduct formulation tests according to your ingredients to make sure all required technical specifications are met before setting the production formula. We can make either raw or coated tablets with your desired colors. We provide different sets of tooling to make your products in size and shape you need. Tablets are formulated with proper thickness, hardness and disintegration. Our high-speed tablet equipment can deliver your order in a timely fashion meanwhile keep the highest CGMP standard. All finished products are strictly tested to guarantee high quality before they got released.
ENCAPSULATION
Your capsules may be designed regular gelatin, veggie, colored or imprint. Encapsulation is not as easy as it might appear. We have semi-automatic, automatic, and high speed automatic machine available to suit your needs. Depend on different batch size, nature and density of materials, the most suitable equipment is selected for your encapsulation project. Getting just the right formulations to provide for free-flowing powders of uniform particle sizing with steady target weight requires years of experiences. Filling weight is checked frequently and recorded throughout the encapsulation process. Finished capsules are inspected and polished carefully. They are sent to qualified contract labs to verify all target specifications are met. Albert Max has the proper equipment in temperature and humidity controlled production areas, together with superb raw materials to make the highest quality products.
FINISHING & PACKAGING
Whether bottling or blistering, making tea bag or sachet, when it comes to packaging and labeling, we offers a great selection of options.Our broad packaging capabilities include full automatic lines with scrambler, electronic tablet and capsule counters, cottoner, capper, sealer, labeler, shrink band, hot tunnel and cartoner. We are also capable of finish blistering, sachet bag and tea bag. Our high speed full automatic bottling line provide 800 to 1000 bottles per hour capacity. HDPE, PET, wide mouth jar, heat seal, pressure sensitive, flip flops, CRC… We offer complete set of packaging materials for you to choose. Just provide us your labels and your products are ready to go. We offer different set of blister mode to suit your need.
